Terms, fees and risk
This page is a plain-language summary and is under legal review.
What CTC is
CTC (“Cut The Crap”) scans the Solana memecoin market and shows a short list of charts that currently match a defined technical setup, with the reason each one is shown. It is an information and trading-interface tool. It does not predict prices, does not give investment advice, and does not recommend any token.
Fees
CTC is free to use. When you trade through CTC, a 1% fee is added to each swap. Swap routes come from Jupiter; CTC builds and sends the transaction itself. The fee is shown in the trade panel before you confirm. Network (transaction) fees are separate and paid to the Solana network.
Wallets
You trade with a Privy wallet: you sign in with email, Google or X and create a new wallet or import one; trades then go through in one click without a wallet popup. Browser wallets such as Phantom or MetaMask cannot be connected directly. Privy wallet keys are generated and held by our wallet provider, Privy, in secured infrastructure — CTC never sees or stores your private key. You can export the private key at any time and use the wallet in any Solana wallet app. Anyone with your private key or access to your sign-in account can move your funds; you are responsible for keeping both safe. Only import a wallet you use for trading, never your main wallet.
Usage statistics
Only if you click “OK” in the cookie box, CTC sets one anonymous first-party cookie with a random ID to count visits, returning visitors and which pages are used. Without it nothing is counted. If you connect a wallet, its public address is linked to that ID. CTC does not store your IP address and does not use third-party trackers or ad cookies.
Risk
Memecoins are extremely risky and most go to zero. Liquidity can disappear, prices can move tens of percent within a minute, and tokens can be rugged by their creators. A CTC Score or a “setup” means a chart matches a pattern, not that the token will go up. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
No warranty
Data comes from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Setup detection is automated and can be wrong. CTC is provided “as is”, without warranties, and CTC is not liable for trading losses.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age and permitted to use decentralised exchanges in your jurisdiction. Do not use CTC where this is prohibited.
